Warranty and service of goods

At the Aptel store, two types of warranties apply to our products. Information regarding the duration and type of warranty can be found on each product page under the "Warranty" tab.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Products carry a manufacturer's warranty valid within Poland. Detailed terms and conditions are specified in the warranty card issued by the guarantor and included with each product. Most products have warranties handled directly by the manufacturers' authorized service centers. Service center addresses and other important information can be found on the warranty cards attached to the products or on the manufacturers' websites.

Aptel Warranty

If the "Warranty" tab indicates "Aptel warranty," the product must be sent back (or delivered in person) at your own expense to our warehouse address in Białystok. Before shipping, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by completing the "Complaint Form" on the Aptel.pl website under the "My Account" tab or by clicking HERE.

If you encounter any issues with the online RMA form, please print the physical complaint form, which can be downloaded HERE.

The Aptel Warranty does not exclude or replace the consumer's rights regarding the non-conformity of goods with the contract. The specified "Aptel Warranty" terms do not affect the statutory complaint procedures available to consumers for product non-conformity.
