- How to start cooperation?
Create a business account and contact our sales department. After verification, we will activate access to our offer. - Is cooperation for companies only (B2B)?
Yes – we exclusively serve registered companies. - Is there a contract to be signed?
Cooperation is based on general terms and conditions or individual agreements. - Do you work with new companies?
Yes – we support both start-ups and well-established businesses.

- How many products are in your offer?
Approximately 4,500 products in regular sale. - What categories do you offer?
Among others: electronics, home & garden, automotive, tourism, cosmetics, utility accessories, and many more. - Are the products available in stock?
Most of our assortment is permanently available in stock, which ensures high availability. - Can I order products from outside the regular offer?
Yes – we handle imports and custom orders tailored to individual customer needs.
🚚 Orders and logistics
- How to place orders?
Via our B2B platform, manually, or through system integration. We also encourage you to contact our sales representatives by phone for individual negotiations. - What is the order processing time?
We usually need from a few to several hours to prepare and ship an order. - Can I modify my order?
Yes – up until the moment it is processed. Please contact your account manager to modify your order. - Do you handle large wholesale orders?
Yes – we process both small and large volumes. We have many years of experience in such transactions. - What are the delivery methods?
Parcel and pallet shipping within Poland via DPD, and pallet shipping within Poland and abroad via Raben. - Do you ship internationally?
Yes – we cooperate with companies from all over Europe. We arrange transport via Raben. It is also possible for the customer to arrange their own pickup. - Is branding or private labeling available?
Yes – details are agreed upon individually.

- Do you offer stock integration?
Yes – via XML and CSV. - Do you help with integration implementation?
Yes – we provide full technical support. - Can I sell on Allegro and other marketplaces?
Yes – we cooperate with sellers on Allegro, eBay, Empik, and other platforms. - Do you provide product descriptions and images?
Yes – we provide ready-to-use product materials. - Do you help with selecting the right product offer for sales?
Yes – we advise based on our market experience. Our sales representatives will gladly suggest the most suitable solutions. - Will I have a dedicated account manager?
Yes – we ensure direct contact with a sales representative assigned to each specific customer.
💳 Payments and terms
- What are the payment methods?
Traditional bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD). Cash on Delivery applies only to customers within Poland. - How do I pay for my order?
Once the order is accepted in our system, you will receive a proforma invoice for payment. You can also choose the Cash on Delivery option upon receiving the package. - Are prices negotiable?
Yes – for larger orders, please feel free to contact your sales representative.
⚠️ Complaints and returns
- What does the complaint process look like?
We ensure an efficient process and comprehensive after-sales support. We have a specialized service department. - How do I file a complaint?
Complaints should be submitted through the wholesaler's website using the online form available there. - What is the processing time for complaints?
Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar days from the receipt of a complete submission.

- Do you offer individual terms of cooperation?
